Clara Roberta O’Neill, 81, of Brownsville died Saturday at her home. Clara was born in Carlinville, Ill., the daughter of Earl and Mabel (Pierson) Fryhoff. She lived near Springfield, Ill., throughout her childhood, where she attended and completed her schooling.
